Processing Time

Orders placed Monday–Friday before 10:00 AM EST ship the same day.
Orders placed after 10:00 AM EST, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day.

We currently ship to:

  • United States

  • Canada

Shipping Rates

  • Free shipping on U.S. orders over $55

  • Shipping costs for orders under $55 are calculated at checkout

  • Canadian shipping rates are calculated at checkout

Any applicable duties or taxes for Canadian orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery & Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and not guaranteed.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once a package is handed off to the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged shipments, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can help you file a carrier claim if applicable.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrectly provided addresses.
