No X In Espresso - Medium Roast Coffee

No X is xtremelly xtravagent and delicious

Hey guys, I bought No X in Espresso because I've been a customer of a local roaster since 1993, 30 years! He had a phenomenal Brazilian Cerrado that was a Medium/dark roast. My wife and I loved. Steve Sold the business /retired & trained new owners for 3 months; consequently, the Cerrado is JUST NOT THE SAME! In my opinion: the new owners are going too dark with the Cerrado, which leaves it with a burnt taste and harsh finish. This is why I purchased No X in Espresso. . . It's a Cerrado Bean!!! My hopes were high but I found you No X in Espresso to be tooooo light for my taste.
to be too light and dry. it's still a good coffee but not robust enough for our taste.
