Bought on a whim as I'm not really a cold brew guy, but man this is good. Threw the pouch in a quart jar and topped off with water and brewed 20 hours. Diluted 3 parts coffee to 1 part water and topped off with half and half and it's a great chocolatey cup.

Loved the coffee , tastes like a sweet bourbon with a good amount of caffeine. Keep this around or else it’s a crime not too!

It's just good coffee. I make a bottle of concentrate once a week, and it's good served cold or diluted with hot water from the kettle. I'd buy it year round if they'd let me!

We ordered two boxes of pods (a medium roast and a dark roast) after seeing an ad on Facebook promoting their compostable pods. The pods are clearly compostable. Although the pods appear to be enclosed in plastic bags, Rootless has assured us that these bags are also compostable. We loved the dark roast - very smooth and flavorful - and will order more in the future. The medium roast was OK but not our cup of coffee (we typically prefer dark roasts, so that's not really a surprise).

I am extremely pleased with the coffee I have been ordering (and will continue to order) from Rootless Coffee! Not only are the coffee options excellent in taste, the pods and protective pouches each pod comes in to protect freshness are both compostable. I love the wonderful smell that emanates as I open the pod pouch. THE BEST!

While I love that the coffee pods are compostable – (even the clear ‘plastic’ bag for each pod to ensure freshness is compostable!) – it’s ultimately about how good the coffee is, and this is excellent coffee! I am SO happy I tried this terrific product!

This is one of my most favorite coffees of all time! I'm very partial to Brazilian coffees and since this had Brazilian in its blend I had High Hopes And I was not disappointed . I first try to small bag, and then went for the 5 lb bag and I'm extremely satisfied and I think you will be too! This coffee can be made strong will not be overpowering! Keep in mind, I do not like dark roast! This roast has excellent quality control because there was no difference in the small bag compared to the 5 lb bag I purchased!

It is crisp and aromatic. There is the hint of berry, roses and a tiny tiny note of citrus. It is devine ans made me get a subscription!!
