I really like their Dark coffee. It's smooth, not bitter. And the pods are compostable.

I don’t even know what to say. When I think about coffee, this is the blend that’s in my head. It’s … perfect. The grind is always right for my French press, taste is always consistent. This is my favorite little treat.

We’ve been getting Rootless coffee delivered for a couple years now… started after a friend I complained to about all decaf beans being terrible recommended theirs. I make a half/caf pour-over with the decaf and Costa Rican out-of-your-element. My husband has gotten hooked making espresso with their Dark. We’ve been grinding both of these at home but recently started ordering the cold brew ground and ready to brew…and it is delicious as well. Highly recommend!

This is absolutely my favorite dark roast. I use it for espresso. Making an iced latte with just some basic sweetners, sugar, or vanilla syrup it taste just like chocolate milk. Yes it is dark and not burnt. As fresh as gets delivered 2 days after roast date 👍

Love the speed of shipment immediately after roasting. This medium roast, A Damn Fine Cup of Coffee, is smooth and creamy. Makes a fabulous pour-over cup! I order beans for daily use and k-cups when I’m traveling. Would 5/5 recommend.

I’m very partial to dark roast coffee. The brand I used to buy was good but lately it was tasting a little off. Rootless caught my eyelash ring roasted at or near the time an order is placed.
